Delivery personnel communication/relations

Enhance communications with team members (two-way) to improve knowledge sharing about customer engagements

Connection with direct reporting lines for team members servicing accounts

Align with account strategy with all messaging and communications (internally and externally)

Support HR in the advancement of team member performance reviews and compensation strategy

Client advancement and interaction, relative to the personnel servicing that client

Build and advance oversight and direct reporting structures to prepare for scaling the business

Engage and direct recruiting efforts through the definition of requisitions and aligned with the growth strategy

Strategic proposals of how to optimize all delivery personnel across open projects/clients/etc.

Encourage and support the rotational program and other team retention strategies

Support prospect meetings to assist with scoping, sizing, and proposal/SOW creation

Oversight of project financials and ratios

Challenge the status quo

Keep revenue forecasts and team assignments accurately

Map growth opportunities and risks within assigned accounts

Definition, rollout, onboarding, and evolution of NVC Practice Areas (starting with the first 5)
