As an SAP Leader, you will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals, including SAP consultants, developers, and administrators.

  • Develop and execute strategies for the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP modules based on business requirements.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and propose SAP solutions to support their operations.

  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

  • Ensure the integration of SAP systems with other business applications and platforms, and oversee data migration activities.

  • Define and enforce SAP best practices, standards, and guidelines to maintain system integrity, security, and performance.

  • Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and implement system upgrades and patches as necessary.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the SAP team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and industry developments, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in SAP are preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing SAP projects and leading SAP implementation teams, with a strong understanding of SAP modules, integration methodologies, and system architecture.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component) and other SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, SAP CRM, or SAP SCM.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet project deadlines.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the SAP environment.

  • Experience in managing and optimizing SAP system performance, including system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with SAP security principles, user management, and authorization concepts.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
