As an IT Client Solutions Manager join our growing team in Houston, Texas. Candidates must be located in the greater Houston area to collaborate with the executive team on an ongoing basis. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead specific actions to retain and grow accounts with a value of $2MM to $4MM per year.

  • Orchestrate and support the onboarding of multiple new accounts and build a journey to attain $2mm per year.

  • Work with Delivery Directors to build and expand functional teams around NVC Practice Areas to support measurable client success objectives.

  • Work with clients to understand key business challenges, and formulate business problems.

  • Build high-performing teams to solve complex business problems and add value to our clients.

  • Design & evolve delivery processes within the team to drive high client satisfaction.

  • Represent NVC at client meetings with the goal of increasing face time with key executives and decision-makers. Lead key projects, proposals, and statement of work (SOW) development, including defining business objectives, solution approach, scope, deliverables, client responsibilities, staffing roles, pricing, and risk mitigation.

  • Build client relationships by understanding client business and proposing solutions to drive better decision-making in their organization.

  • Proactively identify potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.

  • Ideate and cross-pollinate work across NVC to spot opportunities and grow our business with our clients.

  • Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Play a key role in client management, leading and mentoring project teams, and working with the executive team on new initiatives and business development.

Requirements

  • Advanced English Level B2+ / C1.

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT client solutions/sales enablement/client management with strong technical acumen.

  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and commercially astute.

  • Excellent track record in negotiation with clients to provide value to the organization

  • Strong understanding of the Enterprise Software Market and related technologies.

  • Prior hands-on experience with IT solutions and/or technology companies is highly desired.

  • Possess strong marketing, customer analytics/ logical thinking skills.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership/executives.

  • Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action.

  • Leverage communication to inspire others. Exhibit a commitment to being a team player with a flexible “can do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis, and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities.

  • Proven ability to build and manage delivery teams.
